Ladle Preheater
Ladle Preheater allows efficient and even drying & heating at low temperatures. These preheaters are used in steel plants to heat up refractory linings of ladles either lip-pouring & bottom-pouring. Further, our provided preheater is equipped with horizontal steel frame axis at its center and mounted on a turret assembly. Our provided preheater consist accessories like oil service tank, out flow heater, motor started and semi-rotary pump for oil tank. This Ladle Preheater is known to provide effective use of heat generated by burners for preheating applications.
Apply to fuel: natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas, light diesel oil.
Apply to Ladle: 5-300T.
Baking temperature: Min. 1100.
