Graphite Electrode Conductive Arm
The arms are made of bimetal sheets (steel + copper) through an explosion process. The internal structure is made of steel.
The cooling circuit is a vertical separation in the arm that can assure the heats at most to be cooled by the coldest water. Hydraulic release and disc spring loaded.
It is extensively applicable to electric arc furnace with capacity from 5 Tons to 100Tons as well as large ladle refining furnaces.
The length of conductive arm and the connection types with graphite electrodes should be determined by mutual negotiation.
Graphite electrode holder is made of copper,Chromium-copper or copper+steel bimetal sheets.
Water cooled circle for the holder is made of stainless steel.
